Product / tenant data
If you use a hosted product, you may enter business or personal-property data (for example firearm bound-book records in MyFFLBook, or home-inventory photos in Organized Inventory). We process that data to provide the product. You remain responsible for what you upload and for any legal duties that apply to it (including ATF and insurance-claim rules).
2. How we use information

- Send service messages (password resets, ticket replies). Marketing email is optional; you can unsubscribe.
- Secure the services and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies and analytics
Our marketing sites use a cookie banner (WPConsent). Essential cookies are needed for the site to work. Statistics cookies (for example Google Analytics / Site Kit / MonsterInsights) run only if you accept them, unless a lawful exception applies. You can change your choice in the cookie banner.
Analytics helps us see which pages are used. It is not used to make automated decisions about you.
4. Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the business:
- Processors: hosting, email delivery, payment processors, analytics (when enabled), and similar vendors under contract.
- Integrations you enable: for example FastBound, WooCommerce, or other connectors you configure in a product.
- Legal: if required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
- Business transfer: if SFL is merged, acquired, or sells assets, information may transfer to the successor.
We do not share customer product data with other customers. Consulting client data is not used as marketing content without permission.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (access control, encrypted transit where appropriate, least-privilege access, backups). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Report suspected issues to the contact below.
6. Retention
We keep information as long as needed for the purpose collected, for contracts and tax/legal records, and as required by law. You may ask us to delete account or marketing data; we may retain what we must keep for legal or security reasons.
